Mts is worst mobile operator deduct my balance worth rs 156 and didn’t refund my balance.
When I called the customer care to refund my balance they take a request regarding balance deduction and told me to wait next 24 hour for your refund. after 24 hour my balance did not refunded then I again called the customer care this time he said it will take up to 48 hours.
Mts is famous for balance deduction unnecessarily. Now I really want to say Mts is fraud. mobile operator. there is no customer support to solve customer problems.
