The shittiest service ever..MTS sucks..I got a recharge of 490 done and was promised 3gb data. Got it for
only one day and then all the data was lost. When I consulted there customer care, they admitted there mistake, however these money suckers just does not give my data back.
Every time I call, they say that the complaint has been closed and I would receive a call back. I am planning to buy another data card from a reputed company. Just don’t use MTS and please spread this on twitter as well.The customer. care executives are the worst as well.
