Subscriber of MTS internet dongle connection from July 2015 with connection number 8459600*. I usually recharge for 999/-(20 GB data day and night).
Issue:
I noticed slow speed on February 20th, 2016 on my mobile and laptop. Tried to contact MTS representative and they informed we are taking complaint and this will be resolved. The speed went fine. After a weeks time the issue again started, this time got response some technical maintenance is going on and it will take 4-5 weeks to solve it. Instantly, I asked for the return of my money for non-usage of data there was no response. For March and April this issue is continued and I did not able to use the internet to the fullest.
Now, this month when I contacted them, they tried to increase the speed two days prior to my monthly recharge date which is just 28 days instead of 30 days.
I have also lodged complaint under national consumer forum - https://nationalconsumerhelpline.in/ for this issue which guarantees that such instances will be resolved as soon as possible. Let us see if this works. NCH provides a National Toll Free No-1800-11-4000. SMS can also be sent to+918130009809(charges apply) mentioning the name and city .
Please use above information to register complaint if you are not happy with the services and company tries to play such trick to steal your money. I will update this review once the complete resolution is provided by the company along with return of my money along with refund of the device as well. They have wasted lot of time and given torture for 3 months.
Time will come when each customer will be asking for there own connection from higher authority as they take power to give liberty for such firms to steal public money thinking that small people like us will waste time in writing such reviews. Nobody cares for the customer as there is no command by higher level to check if such firms do not steal money for your tax retrieval and licensing fees.
I would like to suggest now that people will run government for decision not by politicians( not well informed) who just think of crores and forget single user experience.
