The program starts with Amrita Arora( the former MTV smartie and now ugly duckling of bollywood) uttering ’’Your Attention please’’. The accent is too desi giving the NRIs apne mitti ki khushaboo in seconds. This desi mitti ki khushabooo is followed by a medley made up of mockings of various other chennels. e.g. a model with her face painted like a joker falling off the ramp while show is going on or an oily duplicate of Centhil Chengilvarayan of CNBC !
Abhi aap is khushboo se pehchaan gaye honge ke this show is absolutely ’’funda’’mental !
I give full marks to MTV for naming the show as per its contents. It contains some of the fully outrageous and non-sensible comedy plots making us relax for some moments. When one understands the real meaning of Faltu and still proceeds for watching the show don’t expect even a David Dhawan style humor. The above explaination of Faltu will make us fully aware the nature of its programs.
Unlike the Des where the Chand never rises and the home where the mother-in-law is gonna see 5th change of face for her husband (5th change right ?), this show sticks to the faltuness.
If someone states David Dhawan’s humor as nadir of humor in Indian scene, then I put David Dhawan at No. 3 spot as the top spots are occupied by zuludancing and MTV fully Faltu.
What makes it to No.1 :
The daily dose of Sardar jokes jamming my SMS space dont excite me much.
The naughty jokes coming to my email boxes with a face of Little Johny dont make me laugh much.
The overdose of Shekhar suman on my idiot box makes me frown !
My mind that always cries for something unexpected, something out of the world may take a dis-liking for a Titanic but at the same point it may start liking wesley Snipes playing a Vampire in Blade. MTV fully Faltu quenches my thirst for this unexpected shocks.
The show is nothing but some pieces of acts pulled together to make a farce of some old movies, current affairs or something out of thin air. For enacting it we have a fauj of MTV’s fully faltu anchors like 2 Cyruses, another fauj of look-alikes of cricketers, bollywood actors. All of them comes together and do some crazy things for giving me a much needed dosages of non-sense.
How about a single-pasli Sourav Ganguly taking off his shirt and trying to flex the smuscles or a cricket match between cricketers and bollywood actors where Jitendra delivers the ball on the hoo-hoo of Mast Baharon ka me aashique !
For the SUers and NUers : I fully take the debit for ur rating on this review. This review lacks any word about the program contents in detail. But it is done purposely to make us watch the show atleast once and get that non-sensical tequila shot once again...
