Review-
Mubarakan is all about celebration of family with a touch of humor in it.The story is not original or refreshing. Its the same old concept of twin causing chaos which Bollywood has already seen in seeta aur geeta, ram aur shyam and even in judwa. But anees bazmee who is known for dishing out gags and funny one liners has done it yet again with gusto. And you can find yourself giggling at times.Talking about the plot trouble arises when Charan with his good boy done nothing wrong and his twin the sauve karan get their love life entangled.Sweety( Ileana) who is karans girlfriend is supposed to marry charan and charan falls in love with Binkle( Athiya) who is supposed to marry karan. To add to the chaos nafisa( Neha) who is actually dating charan is waiting for him to propose and get hitched. The twins seek their Uncle kartars help whos plans not always workout, thus creating a rift amidst the family and creating more complications in twins life.Anil kapoor was as usual larger than life with his performance, his mere presence claimed spot light.Arjun as twins brought smile on our faces and the girls athiya, ileana and neha were easy in the eyes.Ratna and pavan were good as well.Pavan couldve tone down his dramatic air a bit.Music was catchy and hawa hawa remake was refreshing.Overall if you are into no sense comedy and a fan of anil kapoor then go see mubarakan!
