A formidable resort in a lovely setting. At the base of the Nilgiri mountains, very picturesque and charming. The owner Mrs Hermie Mathia will give you a warm welcome.The dogs lazing in the living cum bar place gives you a warm homely feeling. The stone pathways leading to the rooms are the only man made thing there, the forest is well preserved around it. The rooms are affordable, spacious and comfortable. The smell of Citronella lingers around the room to keep away insects. The food is well suited to people like me who prefer the continental barbequed lamb chops and Bolognaise. Could do better with the desserts though. The lovely bar maids wearing skimpy outfits are a nice touch to lure the guys . One really wonders in the beginning if there is more to it than just bar maids? You will find the luscious Anusha lazing with a book on a couch showing off her lovely legs. One wonders if Anusha’s ’’looks’’ are just meant to be taken as pure interest or means something else?!! Well, one could take a chance !! Nothing lost.
It could well be a family place if it weren’t for the lovely damsels who strut about wearing close to nothing. Suited me fine. Happy Touring!!
