Mukesh Hyundai is the worst dealer of Hyundai in Kolkata. We booked our i10 at their big showroom during Hyundai’s December offer. They promised us that even if the price rises, they will deliver us the car at the price of the booking day. But, after Hyundai offer ended in December, they one day called & said that we have to pay the increased price or else we will lose a percentage of our money. Had they not promised at the time of booking, we could have taken our car from some other dealer in December itself & could have got the December discounts. But Mukesh Hyundai used politics & lies so as to enforce us to buy from them.
However, we decided not to take our car from these chaeters & after we requested them to return our money, they stopped responding to our innumerable phone calls & emails. They were forcing us to take the car from them. They were emotionally torturing us for around a month & it is only after this 1 month’s harrassment, that they returned part of the money but made us suffer huge monetary & health losses. So, beware of buying from these systematic cheaters.
