Mukta Arts is a multiplex theater with 4 screens and are specially designed to provide a personal theater experience.
KEY POINTS INCLUDE
Although a small theater experience, the screen size is designed much like a superior theater for the audience to relish great experience of the multiplex with a personal touch.
The audio system is so great, that the surround sound makes every small sound acceptable and no sound goes unnoticed. Also it does not hurt your ears and the sound is heard with ease without scratching or tearing of it.
Another great point is that the theater has 2 segments of screens, 3 screens designed with superior recliner and comfortable sofa like seats with great leg room and 1 screen is full recliner bed with leather finish seats.
All the seats have a personal holder system for a bottle water and popcorn holder along with a proper arm rest before it.
The air condition is very powerful to cater to the high temperatures outside and hence making the theatrical experience memorable.
Also to mention that the prices of the tickets are much reasonable usually between Rs. 80 to Rs. 120 depending on the kind of seat and day of the week selected. These kind of prices are very low compared to brand theaters like INOX and PVR cinemas although providing similar or higher comfort level.
BAD POINTS:
The most important drawback of this theater is that the english movies are rarely or not released at all due to higher cost of the reels. This causes the low retention rate of the audience for the theater and vulnerable for them to choose other theaters over it.
The 3d movies also have a low quality for the visual experience and the re-used 3d glasses with lot of scratches make it more problematic for the audience to enjoy such type of movies. Though the screen is great in terms of 2d movies but 3d movies need to chosen for other theaters which is one of the biggest drawback too.
Also the lobby area outside the theater is not up to the mark, no seating or much standing space provided before the movie starts makes it a little messy for the crowd waiting for their show to start.
But overall the experience of the theater, comfort level inside the theater, visual and audio quality, seating area and above all the personal touch for the theatrical experience makes the multiplex a must visit or viewable repeatedly for most of the movies.
