In the era of hospitality, I have never seen people so rude into this business. The honor and the staff will act as if they are doing big time ahsaan on you, they really don’t know how to speak with customer who is paying them and not availing any service for free.
The charges are so high against the quality of food, we had the worst experience. We had booked a room to stay there but due to the attitude of people there we had to leave without staying. Forget returning money they never even turned up to ask regarding the complain.
When told to them they started behaving so rude. I would never suggest this cafe to anyone and would request other people who had same experience to share so that nobody else faces such a bad experience .
