This review is about CAFE PARADISE @ MULSHI
We went to Mulshi over the long Independence Day weekend. We were a group of 9 people and this is not our first time to Mulshi. We have been to Mulshi several times, but they were all day trips and we have never required to stay for night. This time was different though.
The only place where we managed to get a booking was at Cafe Paradise. This is a hotel-cum-restaurant-cum-antique shop-cum-shady place-cum-drinking joint. The only good thing about this place is FOOD. Food is very authentic North Indian as it is owned by a north Indian family. Members of this family operate this place and their lack of management is very very evident.
Pros - Food, behaviour of the owners, reasonable for food and stay
Cons - UnhygIenic, Rooms are unclean, Toilets are non-existent, Lots of bugs in the rooms, limited number of rooms, over-priced souvenir shop, etc. Even the view is not that great butkaam-chalaoo types.
Go there ONLY IF YOU DONT find any good accommodation.
