Officers at Immigration Counter at Mumbai is very very rude and impolite. They questions the passengers as if criminals are appearing before them. Some of the Officers at the counters are sitting idle, even if there is huge work load on other counters. They also give unwarranted suggestions to the passengers to return within the period granted by them or threatened to avoid any business. They also insult them for one or other simple mistake or reasons.
