The worst airport in the world without doubt. If you fly Lufthansa, it doesnt get a place to park. If you fly Air India, you get frisked and searched 4-5 times by the time you enter the plane.
I think we should be paid the Airport Tax amount, especially for entering Mumbai Airport.
Touts, Inefficient and rude staff all over. The taxi stand is in some forsaken place...the traffic management, parking in and around the airport is an absolute chaos.
Cops out there are kept for only one thing...smooth entry and exit of VIPs. I dont know why I still call them ’Cops’. Pandu is the right word for them. Incase you’re waiting for someone and try to make sense of the flight monitors, forget it. They have cryptic words like ’Provisional’ displayed as flight statuses.
Horrible baggage flow process and worse airport trolleys. I feel ashamed that i’m from Mumbai when I see the state of the airport. It doesnt look the pathetic situation of the airport will ever improve. The only change that took place fast was the name change from Sahar to Chatrapati Shivaji!!!
