The food in the food warmers was cold, when I asked for warm food the staff checked but did nothing about it. The was food and garbage littered everywhere. I couldn’t find atable to sit at that was clean. There was no crockery or cutlery. When I asked for a tea spoon o was asked to use a cocktail stirrer. I was met with anger and weak excuses at every interface with the staff who were spending most of their time aimlessly walking about and chatting on the phone or amongst themselves.
The toilets were filthy with no tissue paper in the dispenser. Good was littered on all the counters and the floors in the seating areas. No staff was available in case of doubt or to inform them that the food or beverage needed a refill.
