This ridiculous I made this order on 6/08/2014 thinking that it would atleast be shipped by today but forget about delivery there is no response on mail its self or any other information. Very, very bad service, if you cant make a delivery than don t post on your site saying 2-3 days or have some courtesy to inform the customer that the delivery would not be made as requested. I am so disappointed its raksha bandhan tomorrow and the rakhi has not reached . I am so upset I thought this site is genuine but you all are the same. coning people and playing. I want update on this asap.
Do not order from this site. Managers over here are sitting back in there confirmation is just that there are no managers available. Where are they? Are there any managers available in this company? Slogan should be harassing and looting customer’s since 2001 instead of serving customer since 2001. I have already filed a case against this organization in to consumer forum court order no HMof-0608201487829
Anirban Day or Dey is an idiot, keeps answering the call does not understand what to say how to answer the customer. he does not understand English or Hindi .He is mentally ill and this guy should be removed from the organization ASAP.
