Oh its a lovely place to go with family or for a couple, I have travelled here twice, If you like rain...like green... walking in woods... then nothing like this place...
To have very good fun in rain it is always good to go there in June-July, this is the time where the rains would have just started and it is not very cold...about 13-15 degrees in the night....
you should love to walk through the tea gardens... relax doing nothing... fresh breeze... cool weather... off and on rains...
it was great experience to be there watching the nature blooming... rivers... lakes... water falls... fish curry... hot- water_tea... spices... what not...
if you are driving on your own... make sure u r an expert driver ... go in a rugged vehicle like sumo... safari... sierra... qualies...trax... mahindra...so on... avoid small Maruthi’s(800, omni, alto, vagonR, zen)... santro.. matiz...
Carry good warm cloths if you are not used to cold whether...Camera is a Must... if you like to stay back and enjoy carry chess if you have a good partner...
Over all it is a place for relaxation... and recharge yourselves from hectic city life...
