Wanted to go some where from bangalore where life is more than just plain fun... a friend suggested murdeshwar.... and then I made a trip of five days from bangalore to mangalore touching hassan, sakleshpur and then to murdeshwar and drove all the way there.
Hassan was a great stop way for lunch and also its my old college. visited a Ex- prof house whose family treated us with one of the fastest possible and great SI lunch.. then to mangalore whose rustic charm of a old fishing village took us away.
We stayed in Infosys guest house, so no review for a hotel folks :-)
from managlore, went all the way to Udupi, Krishnas abode and enjoyed the temple grandiose. had a nice tullu food.
Took a guide next day to go to murdeshwar and he made the driving part one of the nicest things... he showed even the simplest of the things on the way. Fishing nets, small beaches, fishing areas.. ports etc etc etc... Finally reached MURDESHwar amd a look at the gigantic shiva statute and end less beach, and dekho.. the tired ness was over...
Good place to just spend your time..
Enjoy
