I had bitter experience with Musafir, due to lack of Transperency During Visa Processesing. I wanted to apply for Malasian Tourist Visa. They took all my documents and shared the payment link and said it would take 3-4 working days even after a week no one came back I had call them back multiple times to follow up on my visa. Unfortunately after multiple attempts they say visa is rejected and they can not share any more details about the same. After which they say please make payment this time we will make sure you get visa for sure. When I ask for what was the reason for Visa rejection in the first attempt they say there is some fault in Embessay system which sound ridicolus to me. Its a clear case that they have just looted money from me in the name of Visa. Hence I would not recommend this at all to any one.
They are hear only to make money.
