Smells a bit like a fish. But still worked just well . I wish the manufaturer would try adding a decent flavour to this , like what domin8r did with their creatine .
It’s cheap . There would be some increase in weight in starting due to water retention but at the same time you will notice yourself lifting marginally heavier weight in the gym and approx. Increasing 1 or 2 reps per set, this is the power of creatine.
