As I am a gym freak , I used fish oils for vitamins and other nutrients but the supplements muscleblaze provided me was totally fake as it did’nt provide any vitamins to me .I used this product for 2 months but saw no changes in my body but after changing the product to other brand , I saw instant changes in my body .Fish oils are important for every health concious person as it provides essential nutrients but I was very dissapointed with this product as it comes from a renowned indian brand.
