Hi friends its my personaly use product this is 3kg jaar having 90 scups I have taken this for 1 month I didnt got a good result u will waste your money if u ill buy this this ganeer is very cheap its do nothing for your muscles this ganner is not esialy to mix the choclate flavour of this gainer is very odd I only saying dont buy this gainner go for other which is better for your health I dint like this there are very favarable comments on this gainner but this is my personal review this gainneer do nothing for you dont buy this if u buy than only u are wasting your money \
