ose not helps in gains what it really say . It helps in really that to nothing . I was not too flat but had little bulk but as u know little is not enough. So I brought it . It really feels like it is heavy on stomach . But the result I want was not upto the mark. It give 35 calories per spoon and 12 gram protain per serve . But I dont think so . I recommend to use on and other products to gain . that really work and plz be careful what u buy I have very bad experience wit it too so gud luck
