I am using this product from past two months and I see it is not much effective.in two months 1 only gain 1 kg weight. I am very dissatisfied with this product and not use it again in future. I bought choclate flavour and it is not effective at all. It is better for you to buy another supplement with higher calories. Muscleblaze have only 250 calories per serving that’s why it is not much effective.
