I bought this product four weeks back. And used it as a post workout as a protein supplement along with my hardcore diet. But, unluckily, it didnot make any visible results in a array of 4 weeks.It was a mere wastage of money as the whole box went into water without paying its results. So I dont recommend it for intermediates and professionals. Itd good for just beginners.
