Mussoorie a.k.a ‘The Queen of the Hills’ is located in Uttarakhand. It is located a little less than 300 km from the capital New Delhi and at a distance of 35 km from Dehradun, capital of Uttarakhand.
If you like hills more than seas and then this is the perfect place for you to visit. I visited there 5 years ago with my family. We begin our journey from New Delhi. It was journey for more than 6 hours. The hill road was really dangerous. As we went higher, the natural scenary were getting better. Mussorie is not any less than heaven. The temperature was really comfortable. It was between 10-12 degrees. We visited the Kempty water fall, the lake, the bhatta fall, ride the ropeway. The food along with the accommodation was great, but a little expensive.
Mussoorie is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. I recommend everyone to visit this place at least once in your lifetime.
