Even after booking the complete package with cab and hotels need pay extra money.I have made the booking for 3star Deluxe hotel but these people has booked cheap budget hotel.The cab driver is very rash.Even after complaining about these to Charan Manager of travel agency he did not respond. He added my number to Blocklist so that I was not able to call him.The customer care executive tell that manager will call and update.I had spent 40k for the package and spent additional 9k for houseboat and hotel at kovalam.This is ridiculous.Never book with this site.
These are fraud travel agency, the managers block the calling customer nos to avoid them.
Overall these people are very rude and irresponsible, never book any trips with this agency. Please make a note of the below people and their nos
