Never use must see india for any of your trip. We had booked coorg trip through must see india(agent - Toufeeq), and 3 star resort was promised as part of package. The moment we have reached the resort, we came to know that it was a home stay.
When I had tried to talk to must see india about it, then they made me run through pillar to post for the clarification. I have spoken to almost all the employees work there and finally happened to talk to Mr Charan. He had taken 5 days to get the clarification and finally what he has told me was really disappointing.
He agreed that we have cheated you for giving home stay on the cost of 3 star resort but we can’t do anything about it. It was really daring, he said this is the practice we follow, we cheat people but can’t return the money. Guys, never trust these cheaters. I am planning to go to consumer court against them, let’s see what happens next.
