I traveled to Kerala in Feb2013 and got my trip planned through Must See India and I was thoroughly impressed by the way they conducted themselves and the service they provided. So much so that I recommended a friend in May/June and they too enjoyed it.
A. Support executives are well trained on their subject areas. I did my own research and looked for hotels(15 min walk from the beach) in Kovalam and asked them to book it. However, the agent got back to me with a couple of more suggestions one of which was right on the beach and within my price range. Hence I went for that.
B. Local representatives are very helpful. I reached Alleppey in the morning and my houseboat was scheduled to leave at 12 noon. Hence I was looking for a economical hotel to relax and freshen up and I was under the impression that since I had not pre-booked I would be taken for a ride.
I was in for a pleasant surprise when I called the local representative and she swung into action in no time and helped me get a hotel.
C. Rates: On both occasions I found the rates to be cheaper than what I saw during my own research online.
D. Payment Options: They gave me a partial payment option wherein I paid a part of the whole amount upfront and the rest 15 days before the trip.
However I would like if MUST SEE INDIA could book train tickets also, in which case it would be complete one stop shop for me.
Though I must mention here that on the second occasion when my friend went for the Kerala trip, on my personal request the executive booked the train ticket as well.
