I was working with Muthoot finance, Bangalore. They have taken my certificate while joining.And I signed a agreement that I will serve for one yr . if not I have to pay 2 months salary. I served for 1 yr 9 months and then I left the job.
But they are not giving my SSLC certificate back . They are demanding money. While working also they were giving only half salary and half they used to keep on hold.This is the reason, I left this job. If any problem in the branch, they will deduct from our salary. So we 5 people left together. Its already 5 months. still, I didn’t get my salary.
So please don’t join that company, thinking it is a bank.
