Hi I am sharing my experience with muthoot finance which was overall good, I am connected with muthoot since 4 years , . as I am having a loan account with them, they provides loans at very affordable interest rates and provides good gold value, though all services are very good but the main reason why I am little unsatisfied with them is their slow procedure, sometomes get suffers from rental of software problems or slow connectivity which is quite irritating as customer time is alsopriorityat, they sometime calculate wrong value , I think it’s due to inexperience workforce, overall its very good but this thing should be improved.
