Just to give a background, I had requested a change in my EMI date in the month of last November and from there the nightmare began, the change in the date happened or not still I dont know but my harassment for the last 8 months with Muthoot Finance began. Every month it deducts in its own date even when the more than sufficient balance is maintained and some months it deducts twice and still I keep getting calls from the collection team that I have not made my payment affecting my cibil surely. And now this month under such circumstances when the world is jobless and managing with paycuts Muthoot Finance is deducting the EMIs twice in a single month. And when I call the collection manager DINESH he is saying your payment was not updated you have not made payment and so it got adjusted with your loan account? Is this how Muthoot Finance is extorting money from its customers? My all payments are up to date but still my additional EMIs amount of RS 11581 WAS DEDUCTED AS ON YESTERDAY’S DATE THAT IS 26TH MAY 2020. REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HARASSMENT AND INCONVENIENCE? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO RUN MY FAMILY AT THIS TIME AT THE END OF THE MONTH YOU GULPED MY MONEY? I AM NOT BEING ABLE TO KEEP MY CALM AFTER SUCH RIGOROUS TORTURE OF MONTHS AND I HAVE COMPLETELY LOST IT. I HAVE READY TO FILE CRIMINAL/LEGAL CHARGES AGAINST YOUR ORGANISATION. I RECEIVED A MESSAGE NOW THAT THE AMOUNT IS CREDITED TO MY LOAN ACCOUNT. I NEED MY MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT ASAP. WHO AM I SUPPOSED TO APPROACH? WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE? WHO CAN HELP? NO ONE TAKES THE CALL.NO ONE REPLIES ON ANY EMAIL? IN THIS LOCKDOWN YOUR OFFICES ARE CLOSED AND THIS IS HOW YOU ARE RUNNING MY EXTORTING MONEY LIKE THIS FROM PAYING CUSTOMERS? IF THIS IS THE CASE I WILL STOP PAYING YOUR LOAN AMOUNT AND MEET YOU IN COURT.
