All that shine is not gold... perfect for this fake company.... "3 minutes express loan" because of this tag I had contacted them........i really was in need of some money, so I had called my nearest branch office to get some information. I spoke with the manager of that branch, I had clearly mentioned that I have less gold and I need more money, he said they do have all kinds of facility, I was also ready to pay more interest as I really was in need of money that time. he have me all sorts of dreamy ideas that we have this flexible plan, we have that plan etc, he said just get your PAN card xerox and Adderss proof xerox and you will have money within 10 mins "You will go out of the office with money in your hands", then I rushed immediately to that branch hoping to get the money soon...
i reached there n the lady over there greeted me with a smile and made me sit on the chair, then I gave her the gold that I had, out of which she returned me my GOLD earrings back telling that its not acceptable, I asked her WHY, but she did not answer me exactly WHY, she just kept telling it not acceptable
later she comes back with my gold and says you will get this amount out of your gold!! which was 1/4th of what I needed, I asked her.....
I was told otherwise, I needed more money but I had less gold and the manger said you just get the gold here and we will have something sort out, he assured me that he will give me money, he said I had to then pay extra if I had less gold and I was ready for that. but nothing happened, that lady kept telling its not possible, I asked her explain me how does this work like how do you guys calculate money against gold, she was also not aware of that and she kept telling me that its not possible, and kept smiling which I seriously didn’t like.... duh, u r not giving me money which I need desperately and u r smiling for that.. I explained her in every possible, but it seemed that she did not have proper knowledge of anything and kept talking like a trained parrot... I wanted to speak with the manager, but he wouldn’t show up. I finally spoke with her Sup and he said exactly the same thing.
Those Muthoot founders may have created this company with a nice vision, but these unprofessional liars r ruining the reputation of that company, I asked that lady, what if some one has less gold but needs more money what do u do for them, again she spoke like a trained parrot, this is what you will get. She was very unprofessional and very rude to keep smiling even when she is not helping me. and also that manager who did not kept his word. But thank GOD I didn’t keep my gold there, after reading others review that there gold were auctioned just because they delayed there payment, I am much fortunate enough. but all in all,
Don’t ever go for this fake company .... good for nothing.... this company is in Pune - Swargate Branch - Muthoot Finance...... not the Muthoot Fincorp (PS: That manager also said don’t go to that Muthoot Fincorp which was just next to it, how nice to know same company but fighting for customers)
