I am Pradeep from Chennai I visited Muthoot finance in anna salai branch there the persons don’t have knowledge about gold Itself. Totally useless manpower they have and they have very bad attitude towards customers.They behave as if customers are behind them and begging them. They say we never ask people to come to us they come behind us begging for interest.
Even the branch manager is not bothered abt his staffs attitude.very worst service. no quality of customer handling. I request none of the customers to visit them t s better to keep jewels in co operative bank and south Indian banks as the staffs are more courteous and charge less interest tan Muthoot finance.
