I was took gold loan from muthoot finance as 20% interest per annum as they told and put 12 gram there after first installment I went to that finance and discuss about 1st installment and calculated the amount and they will asked me to pay some extra amount asked them why should I pay extra money and they told me sir this is our company rules and They are not told before I never pay extra amount to you and they said if u not pay extra cost we cant return your gold on last payment also then I said them I complaint on your company they said o.k do it this our policy nobody can’t do anything That policy they never told me beforeAnd I fooled first time in financial I paid amount however they asked every time becouse I don’t have any options.They cheated me very much. I totally disappointed because of this.
