This is specifically the branch at Bhangel , Noida . Staffs very very unprofessional and do not know how to work with customer including manager and even I doubt their educational qualification . I was planning for police case , but leave it as closed my loan in 7 days of the incident . I have raised the concern to moothot customer care and no update yet . Seem like whole customer care department is working like this . Do not go to moothot choose bank instead . Moothot is hopeless and I guess Mr. Amitab Bachhan and all our cricket player who branding for moothot should stop branding ASAP
