I am not happy with their service. My experiance is not good with it. I need some amount to pay so I went to Muthoot first of all the officer was not serious about his work he opened door very late I have to wait approx 6_ 8 minutes then he opened door and I asked him about loan system. He offered me to 3 option for loan and I presented my gold ornament to him. He calculated the weight and said we couldn’t gave you money because you have less gold quantity according to our policy. I have 2.1 gm gold so I can’t get loan. And their per gram of gold loan amount is also less then other companies.
So friends I am 100% unsetisfy with it.
