My airtel app look and seems to be good app but it is not the app which doesn’t provide good interface though.When I first installed the app at begining it provide many offer in many category.
Once there was an offer of upto rs 75 cashback on any reacharge by paying through wallet , and at an instant I did the recharge of rs 399 and after few minutes it does not provide me any cashback and waited as 2 , 3 days but the cashback did not received in my wallet still.Then after a long time waiting around 7 to 8 days it give me cashback of only just rs 4 and the rechage offer was of 70 day validity of 1 gb data per day, and voice call , But it gave me something else with the validity of 28 day in which I got 1 gb data day , calling and sms which I later know when my validity ended. Then it happen same when I did recharge of 198 at offer time and got cashback of rs 3.
Though there was now another offer in which it provied rs 100 cashback on booking ticket through IRCTC webside , and as per rules I booked the ticket around 1 month before from IRCTC website and did transection through airtel money and I was quite sure that it will give me cashback but after waiting for a long it does not give cashback , at present now also not received, from this the moral I understand is that they are just misleading the costumers so guys be aware .
In the app I was searching for costumer support also but they haven’t provide any facility like this and app also stuck somehow while paying .From now I have decided not to add any amount on airtel money wallet and will not use further, there are many other apps which provide cashbacks instant and atleast not do this kind of fraudents.
