I am using airtel sim for 3-4 years but finally I decided to port to idea .
I am calling customer care about 4-5 time that . I have not receving Otp on time its comes taking half and hour in every app or even I am using net banking facilities or paying some amount . what to do now, the costomer care 1st time say that refresh the network, I do that problem not solve, second time call they we registered your complain and soon this problem is resolve but it not resolve.
Please Dont take the 3g Loan of 60mb or 2g too.
I am taking a loan of 60 mb 3g for 22 rupee recovery balance, .but after one day I do a SPECIAL offer recharge of 25 rupee of 25 rupee talktime giving for 3 days+ 5 A2A msg for 2 days of no use for me. but they are not recovering loan amount from special offer, and finally I do the recharge of 30 rupee we get 23.17 they dont cut the balance now they cutted at mid night I dont use any of the balance, they cut 22 rupee very late.
I do a 3g recharge of coupen its of rupee 25 of 100 mb and flexy of rupee of 26 of 85 mb
So by taking loan its a loss of 10-15 rupee you must be calculate . Its also more becoz for recharge of 30 rupee cut 7 rupee tax.
I understand if we are in emergengy we need a net balance, so what to do, so take a 2g pack in emergency is ok, paying 30 rupee its better to go on cyber cafe and use 20 rupee net for 1 hour its much better than this.
