Today, I am going to share my personal experience with airtel payments bank. I have been a costumer of Airtel since last 3 or 4 years. I have 2 number 971274 or 955592. But now I have given a request for port out from Airtel. I will no more with Airtel.
As I have told you above that I was airtel customer. I have opened an airtel payments bank account free of cost with the help of airtel app and Pan card and aadhaar card. I was able to activate my bank account. Also get a virtual debit card on airtel app.
5 or 6 days ago, I needed to transfer some amount to my bank account from airtel payments bank. Along with it, I wanted to experience the service quality. Because of this, I updated my airtel wallet with 15000/- rupees. Airtel wallet updated instantly. At that time I was so happy.
but when I wanted to transfer amount to my bank account. At that time, I was unable to trasfer amount because of non- verification. For aadhar verification, I have to go to Airtel authorised or Payments bank outlet. I searched a lot of outlet. there is nothing but tention. I visited approximate 20 or 30 airtel payments bank outlet. They all have a valid mpoint or airtel payments bank certificate. When I asked them to verify me for airtel payments bank. They gave me funny answers for this.....
( bhai pata nahi kese hoga ASM or CSM nahi aaya)
( bhai itne pese to hai nahi mere paas),
( abhi kuch b nahi pata ye kya h).
( Ek do din m pooch k batata hu),
( mere paas 4000 hi h ye le lo).
At that time, I was very aggresive.
with the help of virtual card, I was able to update my mobikwik wallet with 5000 rupees two time. But third time virtual card unable to transfer left balance. Airtel doesnt for their customers. No one in airtel knows about what is the reason behind my problem.
I only wanted to trasfer my amount or withdraw my amount from disgusting airtel bank. For it, I called to customer helpline 8800688006. and share my problem. They dont know whats going on with me or what is limit of virtual airtel card. They also give me a baba ji ka thullu and request me to call again in next 24 hours.
I called back to helpline but there is nothing but problem. They told me to transer amount by dialing *400#. Finally, I had to pay transfer amount 100 rupees for 4600 to my own Bank of Baroda account.
So friends dont waste your time in Airtel payments bank.
Dont open any type of account with airtel.
This is the reason, I will be no more with Airtel
