My experience with myCar was a very brief one but I saw a couple of very weird things in their attitude. They seem to be very secretive. I had gone to buy a used car initially. I saw a model but was unsure if the car was worth the price they quoted. So I went back and planned to come in morning time in daylight to take a second look at the car. In morning I got call from their executive to ask if I was coming. When I reached there they told me that the car I had seen previous day was now sold. But there were slightly different models that I could go for. I said ’no thanks’ and left. An hour later I got a call that the car I had seen was available now as there had been a cancellation.
We all know that the booking amount is non refundable. Im sure the person was bluffing me. And I have something to re-confirm that.I now decided in few hours that I want to buy a new car and not a used car. So I went back to mycar and asked if they have a particular color of the I wanted (Silver M800). They said ’No, we only have white’. They asked if I would be interested in it. I said...’maybe’. I told them i’d visit them later If I don’t find my desired color elsewhere. Within an hour, I get a call from them that Silver M800 is infact available.
Thats not fluke. These guys try to push stuff at you which is least desired. Be careful. Tell them ur not interested in bullshit and you want what you want. They will produce it magically :)
