I just completed my membership with “Inch pinch” gym at Vile Parle. I just wanted to check out “My fitness” and take decision to join.
I experienced the management is too unprofessional at my first experience, on the call itself.
I called up in the morning around 8am Thursday 20th of December 2018 at the gym asking for the free trial so that I can understand the look and feel of the gym whether it suits me.
As nobody wants regret later after paying for yearly membership.
So I spoke to the person on the call, and whoever the person was on the other side just denied under the umbrella of gym policy, saying we don’t provide free trial.
If you need a trial, you need to pay ₹; 300.
Its just unbelievable.
Who does that to a seeking consumer who can possibly be, converted to a gym customer.
I had a good feeling for this gym initially but I was totally wrong. That’s all.
It’s not about ₹; 300 it’s about customer service.
