I ordered a combo(consists of 1 pound butterscotch pastry, 5 fully blown balloons, and a bunch of 5 lilies).i ordered this on 4 june 2015 and I want this to be delivered on 7 june 2015 by 7 am. I want to surprise my sister by sending this combo for her wedding anniversary. But it didn’t happen as I wished.they didn’t deliver the cake by 7 am. Finally, I told my sis that I sent a cake for them.
Since then she was waiting for the cake. The time is running but there is no delivery. I called them to ask about the delivery.and they spoke to me recklessly and they told us they will deliver within 5 minutes.finally they delivered at 2 pm.i paid them 200 extra for the perfect time delivery, but there is no use. The delivered combo is the worst I had ever seen.the cake not like as we selected.infact its not even a pastry. The cake is totally disturbed and spoiled. The lilies dried off and the balloons were not even blown. Its a worst surprise for my sister. My surprise failed. I called the website people and they didn’t properly. They were not even giving minimal respect. I want you people not to shop from MY FLOWER GIFT.COM. It is just waste of money.
Finally this is the worst experience I ever had. I was totally devastated.
