So I placed an order for basket of 20 red roses along with the black forest cake to be delivered on Monday 25/05/15 . The flower basket delivered was very different from the one shown in the picture. Also the cake received was not a black forest cake and it was of low quality and taste. I am extremely disappointed with the purchase.
Also they charged 300 INR more for delivery . The postal address was clearly mentioned to the seller 72 hours before delivery. The staff accepted it and agreed to deliver. Later on the delivery day, they texted me on watsapp saying they cannot deliver the item and need 300 INR more. The service was so unprofessional . I had to make an extra payment because I wanted the item to be delivered exactly on my mum’s birthday. When I reported about the case with the picture of item received they did not even apologise. They looked at me like a fool . Zero customer service . But they will do anything to rip the money from you . PLS STAY AWAY > DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
