My biggest fear before watching My Name Is Khan was that it could be too preachy with overdose of melodrama, coz as everyone knows now it is ’A Movie with A Message’. But after watching MNIK I can confidently say that ’Its a perfect movie in every sense’. It portrays a great message with whole hearted sincerity and that also with wholesome entertainment. It has everything from love to emotions, from humor to awe yearning moments, in short an awesome movie to say the least
A very simple Story of Asperger’s syndrome suffering Rizwan Khan, who comes to America to live with his brother after his mother’s death. Then he meets Mandira a single mother, falls in love and marries her. They were living happily until 9/11 happens, and after that their life changed completely due to an unfortunate incident and then starts Rizwan khan’s journey to win back his Love.

Performances: It is undoubtedly Srk’s best performance till date, and Probably the best act by a mainstream Bollywood hero in last two decades IMHO. (i cant comment on movies before 90s as I haven’t seen many).
Kajol has done splendid job once again after UMAH, award worthy performance. Jimmy shergil, Sonia jahan, SM boy who played Srk’s childhood role, the boy who played Srk n Mandira’s son. All of them has done their Job really well
Hats off to director KJO, its undoubtedly his best work till date. Cinematography was of high notch.. Music was superb, all the songs were well placed. I loved ’Sajda’ and ’Noor-e Khuda’ parturition. Final conclusion: MNIK is the Most Beautiful Movie I have ever watched.
