I want to share the negative experiences I have encountered during my time with myTectra.
Inconsistent Trainers and Constant Restart of Courses:
I enrolled in your Flutter online classes with the expectation of receiving consistent and quality training. However, the experience was marred by a constant change of trainers—going from 2 to 4 in a short period. To make matters worse, each new trainer started the course from the beginning, resulting in wasted time and a lack of progress.
Trainer Absence After Full Payment:
After making the full payment for the course, I encountered a significant issue with trainers not attending classes. There were instances where I had to wait for an extended period for the trainer to join the Zoom meeting, only to be eventually disconnected without any explanation or resolution.
Lack of Communication and Unresponsiveness:
Attempting to address these issues with your institute proved to be an exercise in frustration. Multiple attempts to contact your support team through phone calls, emails, and the submission of complaints on your website were met with complete silence. It is disheartening to experience such a lack of communication and support after investing in your services.
Fraudulent Practices:
Based on my experiences, I am compelled to warn others against enrolling in online classes with MyTectra. The drastic shift in attitude, the lack of commitment from trainers, and the complete disregard for customer concerns lead me to believe that your institute is engaged in fraudulent practices.
Deterioration of Customer Service:
The stark difference in the treatment I received before and after completing the payment is alarming. The initial courteous and helpful interactions were replaced by unresponsiveness and neglect once the financial transaction was complete. This raises serious questions about the integrity and commitment of your institute.
