My ten favorite websites (not in any particular order)
GOOGLE - this is one service where even apna Billu Bhai aka Bill Gates is realising that he did a big mistake by not capturing this segment on web.... google is great... you need it and it tells you where you can get it.....
Indiatimes - the popularity may have come down for it, but Indiatimes truly revolutionized the concept for one stop shop in the web arena.... it has got everything for everyone’s taste.... should add new concepts to keep it alive...
Yahoo!Mail/Hotmail - Hotmail was the first one but yahoo emerged as a good competitor, dont know the exact figures for the number of registered users on both but definitely these two mailing sites have brought a change in the way we communicate...
Microsoft - Some friends may not agree on it bcoz of the number of links one has to follow to get the desired info on this site, but the way microsoft producz ve become a big part of everyday office life, u ve to really depend on the site to get this/that info n it may sometime take time to reach but it has got all answers....
Indian Railways Website - Should be called the best service related site...railways network is one of the best in india n so is the site.....
NSE/BSE Website - Heart beat of investors.... provides the updated stock info...quick site (sometime sluggish response)
Cisco website - good site for n/w admins
Moneycontrol.com - a detailed in-depth analysis of market, you can decide your investments properly, ....some ready reckoners you want b4 you venture into share markets....
These were the sites that every one comes across in normal usage....here is a site which is my favorite and may not be that common.....
