Is a very much inspired from old movie - Khoj

Once again Ramu came with a challenging story. The story is very nice and beautifuly directed. You have no space to relieve from the tension that is build in moive and which is best about movie.

Performance of Anil Kapoor is awesome. He played his part truely. Every incidence which was happening with him catch us in the trap. Somewhere we start comparing our life him and getting involve in the movie. Again one of the best thing about movie.

Today where everybody is sticking towards never relying bollywood formulas, Ramu is one step ahead of all. Still the storyline is totally inspired from the Rishi Kapoor, Naseruddin, Kimi Katkar’s Khoj (1989) . Khoj was a murder mystry. Rishi Kapoor accidently killed her wife when caught her with other guy in his absense. He thought of informing police but for the sake of her 5 year old daughter he try made it a car accident and report police for her missing. But the police had a different opinion on it and they soon caught Rishi Kapoor for his wife’s murder.

Khoj and My Wife’s Murder is based on same theme of accidental murder of wife and then escaping from the police for the sake of children. Where My Wife’s Murder is a tense movie, Khoj was suspense thriller. Khoj start with Rishi Kapoor’s wife missing case and at the end it reveal the truth that she was murderred.

Since the young generation today compare to 15-20 year back is much more mature and ready to watch movies like My Wife’s Murder, Ramu is getting success. I am not taking anything from Ramu, but if he had made this 20 years back I am sure nobody would have appreciated this movie thats why Khoj was a flop. Though the Khoj was not a tense movie like My Wife’s Murder but still keep everybody on seat as of increasing suspese.

Still My Wife’s Murder is a excellent movie from Ramu camp and is worth watching.
