On 6-Feb-2012, I made order#002858 on mybabycart.com for philips breast pump and Tollyjoy Cotton Balls. The packing was terrible, it was too loose and broken from all sides. The packing material was too thin. Then I wrote a letter to the team of mybabycart.com and immediately I received a response from them. They not only clarified what went wrong but also shipped the cotton balls again. it was great to speak to one of their team members who called me up to apologize.
Earlier, I wrote a very negative review here for their site but after I spoke to them, I felt I was wrong. They care for their customers and therefore I feel they are trustworthy. I would recommend mybabycart.com to everyone who would like to purchase stuff related to baby’s. This site not only offers good discounts and ship them free, but they also provide you with a courier tracking number for all your orders. It makes them all the lot more trustworthy.
