I booked a ciaz and they handed over a swift. Once I started following up for the refund after 21 days they send a mail that the amount is deducted due to damage. There is no damage at all and an entire amount of 6000 is deducted. They will never refund your money. Don’t get caught in this scam. Go for ZOOM or AVIS. Big fraud
