My family and I had chosen MyChoize for our inter-city 5-days travel from Delhi to Jim Corbett, but their unsafe car condition, led a break down in the middle of the Moradabad highway within 3 hours.
Even after continuous shuttle between their different teams for 2 hours after the break down, no help was provided by their team. The mychoize team kept assuring us about the sending the tow...but it’s been 20 hours since the incident and the car hasn’t been towed away yet.
The company asks for a complete payment for the trip without any vehicle check from their end and any help with the replacement of vehicle/refund clarity if their cars go kaput. Their vehicles are UNSAFE to travel in and their team is extremely INEFFICIENT.
