I took part in the sure shot content and won a samsung galaxy. I spent 21, 000 rupees to win the contest. After one week, when I didn’t receive the product from mydala, I called up the executive to check the status. He told me that shipment is already delivered and received by a gentleman at my address.
When I told him that I never got the shipment, he told me that since shipment is delivered he cant do anything. When I insisted him to provide proof of delivery he told me to check with the Currier company.
I lost Rs 21, 000 but I will not give up as I will take this case to consumer forum.
